To secure your appointment, a €20 deposit is required. You will receive a payment link via WhatsApp or SMS after booking; please finalize this within 24 hours. If unpaid, the slot will be released. This ensures my time is protected and yours is prioritized.

Scheduling Protocol
I value your time as highly as my own and operate on the principle of professional courtesy. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to secure a full deposit refund or transfer. Please be advised that any cancellations within this 48-hour window, as well as non-attendance, will result in the retention of the deposit to account for the reserved session.

Safety & Waiver
I exclusively treat clients without known gel or acrylate allergies. All new clients are required to sign a safety waiver upon their first visit confirming no history of allergic reactions. This is a mandatory protocol for a safe and professional service.

Logistics:

Car: Paid parking is available at Garage Heuvelpoort (around the corner).

Bicycle: Access to the building's locked shed is available for safe parking.

Public Transit: The studio is easily accessible via bus to the nearby station.

Om mijn planning te waarborgen en jouw afspraak te garanderen, is een aanbetaling van €20 vereist. Na het boeken ontvang je een betaallink via WhatsApp of SMS; gelieve deze binnen 24 uur te voldoen. Zonder aanbetaling wordt het tijdslot vrijgegeven. Dit is om mijn tijd te beschermen en jouw afspraak prioriteit te geven.

Planningsprotocol
Ik waardeer uw tijd evenzeer als de mijne en hanteer een standaard van professionele hoffelijkheid. Annuleringen of verzoeken tot verplaatsing dienen minimaal 48 uur van tevoren te worden gecommuniceerd voor een volledige restitutie of overdracht van de aanbetaling. Bij annuleringen binnen deze termijn of bij het niet verschijnen op de afspraak wordt de aanbetaling behouden ter compensatie van de gereserveerde tijd.

Veiligheid & Vrijwaring
Ik behandel uitsluitend cliënten zonder bekende allergieën voor gel of acrylaten. Alle nieuwe cliënten dienen bij hun eerste bezoek een vrijwaringsverklaring te tekenen waarin wordt bevestigd dat er geen allergieën bekend zijn. Dit is een verplicht protocol voor een veilige dienstverlening.

Logistiek:

Auto: Betaald parkeren kan in Parkeergarage Heuvelpoort (om de hoek).

Fiets: Je kunt je fiets veilig stallen in de afgesloten berging van het gebouw.

OV: Uitstekend bereikbaar per bus naar het nabijgelegen station/halte.
