I recently visited Lucky One for a BIAB manicure, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't as expected. I had acrylic nails on that needed to be removed, and while I was hoping for a careful removal process, the technician began filing and drilling my nails quite aggressively for a long time. Unfortunately, this resulted in a lot of damage to my nails. They’ve become very weak, and I’m even experiencing discomfort, especially when water touches them. My nails have never felt this fragile, and it seems like the drill was used too harshly, going almost down to my skin. I’m now facing a long recovery for my nails, and I was really disappointed that I left without receiving the BIAB manicure I initially requested. I hope future clients have a more positive experience.
