Rescheduling & Cancellation policy

Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We realize that there are many things that can come up in peoples day to day lives.
 
While truly sympathetic, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen and simply we don't get paid.
For our business to continue to operate smoothly, we need to implement a prepaid policy.

 
To ensure a fair cancellation process, please provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations.
This applies even when a child is sick, no one to mind the children, not feeling well, Doctors appointment, Work commitments, etc , etc.

Eileen heeft echt magische handen. Ze luistert naar je wensen, waar je last van hebt en gaat daarmee aan de slag. Ze masseert met de juiste balans tussen het losmaken van je spieren en ontspanning. Eileen is echt een topper en ik zou haar iedereen aanraden!
