Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We realize that there are many things that can come up in peoples day to day lives.
 
While truly sympathetic, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen and simply we don't get paid.
For our business to continue to operate smoothly, we need to implement a prepaid policy.

 
To ensure a fair cancellation process, please provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations.
This applies even when a child is sick, no one to mind the children, not feeling well, Doctors appointment, Work commitments, etc , etc.

Very professional practice. I had a head-neck massage, and during the session, I could feel the person did a good job with each muscle of my neck. I felt improvement right after. Highly recommended.
