Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

For changes made within 48 hours of your appointment, the following fees apply:

No-show: 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
First 24 hours of the 48-hour window: 50% of the treatment cost.
Last 24 hours of the 48-hour window: 100% of the treatment cost.

Location & Directions: The salon is located on the 3rd floor of the G Hotel (Unit 350/3i). Enter the hotel and take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor. Once through the door, you will be in a hallway where you can go left or right. Go right, and at the end of the hall on the right side, you will find the salon. The nearest bus stops are Ch. de Bourbonstraat and Solebaystraat, both just a short walk away. Please note: I love animals, but pets are not allowed inside.
