Salon Regulations


To ensure a calm, safe and professional environment for every dog, please take a moment to read our salon regulations.


1.Appointments & Punctuality


Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, depending on the schedule of the day.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask you to inform us as early as possible.


2.Dog’s Condition & Behaviour


All dogs must be in good general health and free from contagious diseases.
Please inform us in advance about:
health issues
skin conditions
anxiety, fear or aggression
previous grooming experiences
Dogs showing aggressive or extremely stressed behaviour may require additional time or may not be suitable for grooming on that day.



3.Grooming Process


Grooming time and final price depend on the coat condition, behaviour and time required, not only on breed or size.
Severely matted coats may require extra time, a shorter haircut or additional charges — always discussed beforehand.
For the dog’s wellbeing, we do not demat painfully.



4.Pricing


All prices listed are indicative and based on a regularly maintained coat.
If additional work or time is required, the final price may be adjusted accordingly.
Any changes will always be communicated openly and respectfully.




5.Hygiene & Safety


We work in a clean, calm and professional environment.
Only the dog being groomed is allowed in the grooming area.
For safety reasons, owners are kindly asked not to stay in the grooming area during the session.



6.Dog’s Wellbeing


We groom dogs with patience and care, never rushing or forcing.
If a dog becomes too stressed, we may stop the session for their safety and comfort.
Our priority is always the dog’s wellbeing over completing a specific haircut.



7.Respect & Communication



Mutual respect and clear communication are essential.
We are always happy to answer questions and discuss your dog’s needs before or after the appointment.
