Grooming Salon Regulations
	1.	Arrival on Time
– Please bring your dog at the agreed appointment time.
– A maximum delay of 15 minutes is tolerated.
– After this time, the appointment may be cancelled and a new one will need to be scheduled.
	2.	Cancellation Policy
– Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
– If not cancelled on time, the full cost of the appointment must be covered.
	3.	Deposit for New Clients
– A deposit of €30 is required for all new clients when booking an appointment.
– The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is not cancelled according to the policy stated in point 2.
– The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service on the day of the appointment.
	4.	Dog’s Safety and Groomer’s Safety
– Dogs must be healthy and free from contagious diseases.
– If the dog shows aggressive behaviour, the groomer has the right to stop the service. In this case, the cost will be charged proportionally to the work completed.
– Please inform us in advance about any health issues or behavioural concerns.
	5.	Owner’s Responsibility
– The owner must provide accurate information about the dog’s health and behaviour.
– The salon is not responsible for any issues resulting from withheld information.
	6.	Payments
– Payment must be made on the day of the appointment (cash or bank transfer if agreed).
– Prices are set according to the current salon price list.
