Thank you for booking with us! We’re excited to welcome you. To help us provide the best possible experience, we kindly ask you to review our houserules:

- Arrive On Time: Please arrive promptly for your appointment. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule to stay on track for all clients.

- No-Shows: We understand that unexpected things happen, but we don’t offer refunds for missed appointments. For urgent changes, please contact us via WhatsApp or call, as email isn’t suitable for last-minute updates.

- Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24–36 hours in advance or cancel your appointment through your Salonkee account to avoid a 100% charge. Cancellations or rescheduling are only finalised once we’ve confirmed them with you.

- Booking Details: Double-check your booking to ensure it matches the service you want. Adjustments may not always be possible due to process times. While refunds aren’t offered for incorrect bookings, we’re happy to reschedule for a €20 fee.

- Rescheduling: If your plans change, we’d love to help you find a new time through our booking system. Same-day rescheduling incurs a €20 fee, as it impacts our ability to serve others.

- Client Conduct: We aim to create a positive experience for everyone. For unpaid services or inappropriate behaviour, we reserve the right to refuse future appointments.
