Salon policy:

NEW CLIENTS - deposit policy: For new clients booking services, a 50% deposite of the service price may be required to secure the appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the final amount. The deposit is refundable. In case of a late cancellation, no-show, or violation of salon policies, the deposit will be retained by Gooise Lady Lash, even if the service is not provided.

CANCELLATION - You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellation: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the planned service. 

NO-SHOW - If you do not attend you appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the service price. Until this fee is paid, it will not be possible to book nother appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL - We allow a 10 min grace period for late arrivals. After 10 min , the appointment may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time, or it may be rescheduled if the service can not be completed properly. If you think you might be late, please call the salon as soon as possible so we can try to acomodate you.
