CANCELLATION POLICY: 
1. In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment.
2.If you will miss your appointment or you need to cancel it, we simply ask that you notify me of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations that break these rules will cause a full payment amount requested by a bank transfer.
 
BOOKING ONLINE VIA THE SALONKEE APP:
How do you make an appointment if you’ve never created a profile on Salonkee before? 
 
1.     Go to the App Store or Play Store on your smartphone.
2.     Download the ‘Salonkee’ app.
3.     Tap ‘Log in’ and create a profile using one of the following options: email address, Google Account, Apple Account or Facebook.
4.     Tap ‘Search’ and enter the name of our salon. Select your desired service and date, then book your appointment. You will receive a confirmation by email.
5.     Tap ‘Bookings’ to view your upcoming and previous bookings.
 
Do you already have a profile on Salonkee but haven’t downloaded the app yet? Tap ‘Log in’, then enter the email address and password you use for your existing Salonkee account.
